-Demonstrate decision making through the application of strategies and tactics.
-Combine movement skills to perform movement patterns in a variety of physical activities.
-Perform movement patterns using various types of equipment, individually and with others.
-Consider sequencing and repetition of movement patterns when engaging in locomotor, no-locomotor, and object-manipulation activities.
This week, students played a variety of games during Phys Ed to develop their accuracy when throwing at a target. Students played a game called "Ghostbusters" that involved throwing a ball at bowling pin ghosts. They said they had a blast playing this game! On Take Me Outside Day, student went outside, got into teams and played a game where they had to throw a beanbag onto circle targets. Students communicated with their teammates to decide where to throw next to gain the highest score. Students also celebrated successes with their teams and opponents.
